Session times are 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 10pm -
$3 entry per person, children 2 and under are free and do not need a
ticket.
With each ticket a $0.665 booking fee will be charged when purchasing via
the booking system.

Yes, the number of patrons allowed per session is very limited. It is
advisable to book your preferred session quickly to avoid disappointment.
Once sessions are sold out, tickets will not be available at the gate.

If a session is not sold out online prior, then tickets will be available at the
gate.

Entry tickets include entry and access to the entertainment only. All other
attractions (rides, side show games, showbags and food) can be paid for
inside the event.
During the day as part of your ticket you will see costume characters from
Batman and Ironman, circus displays and workshops and there will be nightly circus display from Spark Circus Sunday – Monday night and fireworks display at 9.30pm Friday and Saturday nights* weather permitting.

Tickets are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

There is a number of rides, sideshow games, showbags, costume
characters, Circus displays and workshops, fireworks (Friday and Saturday nights only) and food trucks.

Car parking is available at the event for $17 per car, otherwise you can

Gates will open 15 minutes prior to each session. Rides, side show games,
showbags and food trucks will open at session starting times.

No, you will only be permitted entry to the event during the session’s
times – 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 10pm.

It is important to arrive to the session you have booked on time to get the
full 3 hours of fun. If you arrive 1 hour into the session you will only have 2 hours left. There will be no refunds to patrons who arrive late to their booked session.

Yes - After each session has concluded, everyone must proceed to the exit
and exit the event so we can give the site a good clean in between sessions. If there is availability in the next session you may purchase a ticket to come again.

Yes you may get a pass out, see gate staff for a stamp.

The event will run in the rain, hail or shine. Some rides will not be available
in rain or wind. There are no refunds available if it is raining or inclement weather.

If you have purchased tickets online you will be eligible for a full refund, at the discretion of the event Promoter.

There will be a number of children’s, family and teenage thrill rides
available at the event. Rides will be priced between $6 - $16. Every adult and child on the rides needs a ticket (Dodgem Cars are charged per car).

All the rides at the event are operated and maintained in accordance with
Australian Amusements Standards AS 3533 and have regular inspections by structural and electrical engineers as well as other regulatory bodies.

Unfortunately, animals (except assistance dogs) are not allowed into the event.

Where possible the event is accessible for all. However, the event is held on grass, which may make navigating difficult for some.

Yes, there are a number of toilets at the event, including a disabled toilet.

Yes, in the permanent toilet blocks within the event area and in the disabled toilet.

Yes, there are chairs and tables at the event for patrons to sit at.

An allocation will be given away through SA FM, listen or jump on the website for your chance to win.

There will be dedicated smoking zones at both entries to the event. You may only smoke within these dedicated smoking areas only.

Yes, there is and all rides, show bags and food outlets have eftpos facilities.
